Book of Condolences for Former President, René Garcia Préval

Dear Friends of the Embassy,

For those who may wish to pay words of respect to the memory of Former President René Garcia  Préval, the Embassy of the Republic of Haiti in Washington, DC would like to inform that a book of condolences will be opened at its Chancery located on 2311 Massachusetts Avenue NW, on Thursday March 9 and Friday, March 10, from 10:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Mr. Préval has served his country with honor and dignity.  The Embassy is saddened by the news and presents its heartfelt sympathies to his family.

We look forward to seeing you at the Embassy as we wish His Excellency a peaceful farewell.
