The Brearley School Visit (Closed Event)

As part of our Soft Diplomacy – School Visit initiative, the Embassy will host the Brearley School, an all-girls private school in New York City located on the Upper East Side of the Manhattan borough of New York City. The school is divided into the Lower School, Middle School and Upper School.
This educational initiative is designed to offer schools at all grade levels and universities an opportunity to re-discover Haiti and learn more about its rich history and culture through a presentation and guided tour of the renovated historic Chancery. The visits take different forms, tailored to the dynamic, grade level and curriculum of the group. They may range from a formal presentation by a key member of the Washington community to an informal treasure hunt!
